Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in your repository and runs in your cloud account from the first day.
Do you need write access to our systems?
No. The prototype and audit use test keys and read-only calls. Write tools come later, behind your users' own sign-in, and only when you approve them.
Where does the server run?
On your infrastructure, usually Cloudflare Workers or the cloud you already use. We don't keep a copy of your data.
Will it be listed in Claude and ChatGPT?
We prepare everything the reviews ask for and submit it. The listing decision is Anthropic's and OpenAI's, so we don't promise a date.
What happens when our API changes?
Care covers spec and SDK updates, fixes and resubmissions. Or your team takes it over with the handover notes.
How do payments work?
Fixed prices in USD. The prototype and audit are paid upfront; the sprint is half at the start and half on submission. No interest on late payment, ever.
