What this site collects

What you type into the "Book a call" form: your name, company, work email, the time you pick, your timezone as your browser reports it, and anything optional you add (product URL, message). A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs on the form to stop spam.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.

When you play the demo video on the Connect page, we count it: that it was played, whether it got halfway and to the end, and the country Cloudflare reports. Nothing that identifies you is sent or kept.

If we wrote to you first

We write to some software companies about Mojood Connect. For that we keep the name, role, company and work email of the person we write to, taken from their public profile or company website, or from a contact-data service (FullEnrich). We keep them in our own database only to track our messages and your reply. They aren't sold, shared or added to a mailing list.

Reply "no" or write to hello@askmojood.com and we stop and delete them. Otherwise they're deleted 12 months after our last message. We don't keep these details for people based in Saudi Arabia.

How it's used

The form is emailed to hello@askmojood.com and kept in Mojood's own database, so we can reply, arrange the call and keep track of the conversation. It isn't added to a mailing list, sold or shared, and it isn't used to train any model.

Where it's kept

The site and the form run on Cloudflare. The database is on a server we rent from Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. Email is handled by Zoho Mail in the United States.

We don't yet keep form entries from Saudi Arabia (by timezone or a .sa email address) in the database; those only reach us by email. Before we keep them, we will host that data in the Kingdom or use the safeguards Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law allows, and update this page.

How long

Your entry is deleted from our database automatically 12 months after your last message to us, or sooner if you ask. Copies in our database backups are gone within 14 days after that. We delete enquiry emails older than 12 months at the start of each month. Invoices for work we do together are kept as business records.
